Sarah Ward

Sarah was born in 1842 in Bingley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Sarah's father was Hiram Ward and her mother was Mary (Ward). Her paternal grandparents were James Ward and Sarah Pettyt. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert, James, Elizbeth and Margaret. She was the third oldest of the five children.
