Edith Petty

Edith was born in 1878 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Edith's father was Robert Petty and her mother was Jane Goldsborough. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Petty and Sarah (Petty). She had four brothers and three sisters, named James, William G, Walter, Frederick R, Sarah, Fanny and Annie M. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
