Joseph Newiss

Joseph was born in 1890 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England.¹ Joseph's father was Thomas Newiss and his mother was Ann (Newiss). His paternal grandparents were Joseph Newis and Leah (Newis). He had four sisters named Laura, Emily, Ethel and Hellie. He was the youngest of the five children.
