Emily Newiss

Emily was born in 1880 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England.¹ Emily's father was Thomas Newiss and her mother was Ann Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Newiss and Leah Brummill. She had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph, Hellie, Ethel and Laura. She was the second oldest of the five children.
