John The 6., known as The Clement, was born on May 13th, 1767.  The Clement's father was King Pedro The 3. of House Braganza and his mother was Queen Maria The 1. (The Pious and The Mad) of House Braganza.  His paternal grandparents were King John The 5. (The Magnanimous and The Portuguese Sun King) of House Braganza and Queen Consort Maria Anna of House Habsburg; his maternal grandparents were King Joseph The 1. (The Reformer) of House Braganza and Queen Consort Mariana Victoria of House Bourbon.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 58 on March 10th, 1826.
