Frederick was born on October 15th, 1763 in Bedminster Township, Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA.1   Frederick's father was Johann Heinrich “Henry” Junghen and his mother was Catharina Scherer (Junghen).  His paternal grandparents were ? Junghen and ? ? (Junghen); his maternal grandparents were Henry Scherer and ? ? (Scherer). He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Jacob, Rudolph, Henry, Dorthea, Anna, Anna and Catharina.  He died at the age of 79 on August 7th, 1843 in Kingwood, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried in 1843 in Younkin Farm, Markleton, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, USA.1 1

Frederick and Maria were married in a religious & civil ceremony before 1789 in Bucks county, Pennsylvania, USA.1  They had a son named Frederick.


Frederick's second family

Frederick and Catherine were married in a religious & civil ceremony before 1791.1   They had four sons and eight daughters, named John, Frederick, Henry, Moses, Christina, Betsy, Magdalena, Catharine, Sally, Nancy, Peggy and Polly.
