Mayble was born on June 14th, 1912 in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas.1  Mayble's father was William Henry Monroe and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Petitt (Monroe). She had a brother and three sisters, named William, Anna, Ethel and Flora.  She died at the age of 85 on July 26th, 1997 in Pensacola, Florida, USA.2 

Mayble's first family

Mayble and Russel were married in a religious & civil ceremony.  Russel adopted his two stepsons named William and Van.


Mayble's second family

They had two sons and a daughter, named Van, William and Marilyn.
