Anthonisamy's father is Jeganathan and his mother is Sammanasu Mary.  His paternal grandparents are Savariappan and Chinnammal; his maternal grandparents are Arockiasamy and Anthoniammal. He has a brother and two sisters, named Sathiyanathan, Anthoniammal, Rev. Sister and Amalorpava Mary.
