Con was born on December 8th, 1942.  Con's father was Philip (Phil) Ward and her mother was Maggie Norris.  Her paternal grandparents were Patrick Ward and MaryAnne FARNAN.  She had two brothers named Paddy and Francis.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died from cancer, brain tumour, at the age of 62 in 2004.
