Charlotte's father was King George IV of England and Hanover and her mother was Caroline.  Her paternal grandparents were King George III of England and Hanover and Charlotte Sophia of Mecklenburg-Strelitz; her maternal grandparents were Charles William of Brunswick and Augusta.  She was an only child.
