Fred was born on February 5th, 1893.1   Fred's father was Henry Heepke and his mother was Anna Bartels. He had a brother named William.  He died at the age of 79 on April 29th, 1972 in Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois.  He was buried at the St. James Cemetery, North of Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois.2 3
