Samuel Gilpin 
Samuel was born on June 7th, 1694 in Dorchester, Oxfordshire, England. Samuel's father was Joseph Gilpin and his mother was Hannah Glover. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Gilpin and Joan Bartholomew; his maternal grandparents are George Glover and Alice Lamboll. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas, Joseph, George, Isaac, Moses, Rachel, Hannah, Sarah Lydia, Sarah, Alice, Mary and Esther. He died at the age of 62 on January 12th, 1757 in Maryland, USA.-
