Sarah was born on July 13th, 1819 in Liberty, Montour, Pennsylvania, USA.1   Sarah's father was John Clark and her mother was Margaret Maxwell.  Her paternal grandfather was John Clark; her maternal grandparents are William Maxwell and Jane Bolles. She had seven brothers named Robert F, John Clarence, James Finney, Thomas J., William M., Alexander and Samuel.  She died at the age of 64 on January 14th, 1884 in Troy, Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA.  She was buried on January 16th, 1884 in Oak Hill Cemetery (Pennsylvania).2
