Ophelia was born on June 19th, 1810 and her christening took place on July 22nd, 1810 in St. Mary's Church, Stogumber.1   Ophelia's father was Richard Percy of Deer Park, Devon and her mother was Harriet Fraunceis  "Louisa??" Griffith.  Her paternal grandparents were William Purssey and Joan; her maternal grandparents were John Griffith and Joanna-Phillippa Fraunceis. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Richard, Louisa and Harriet.

Ophelia's family

Ophelia and Mr Potts were married.  They had a daughter named Georgiana.
