Jan Albertus van Blerk

Jan was born on August 1st, 1908. Jan 's father was Jacobus Adrijan Rozier van Blerck and his mother was Rachel Johanna Zeeman. His paternal grandparents were Siemon (Paatjie) Petrus van Blerck and Jacomina Hendrina Louw. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Simon, Pieter, Jacobus, Johannes, Gabriel, Rachel , Jacomina, Johanna, Hester, Christina and Maria. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 78 on September 13th, 1986.
