Vera Sílvia was born on February 15th, 1943 in Barra do Piraí; RJ. Vera Sílvia's father is Isaac Marcondes Neto and her mother is Sílvia Martins Marcondes. Her paternal grandparents were João Marcondes dos Santos and Emiliana Monteiro de Barros Marcondes. She has two brothers named Wellington and Paulo Roberto. She is the second oldest of the three children.
