Paulo Roberto was born on February 13th, 1945 in Barra do Piraí; RJ. Paulo Roberto's father is Isaac Marcondes Neto and his mother is Sílvia Martins Marcondes. His paternal grandparents were João Marcondes dos Santos and Emiliana Monteiro de Barros Marcondes. He has a brother and a sister, named Wellington and Vera Sílvia. He is the youngest of the three children.
