Henry was born on September 18th, 1501 in Penshurst, Kent, England.  Henry's father was Edward Stafford and his mother was Eleanor Audley. He had four sisters named Mary, Elizabeth, Catherine and Margaret.  He was the fourth oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 61 on April 30th, 1563 in Caus Castle, Shropshire, England.  He was buried on May 6th, 1563 in Worthen, Sussex, England.
