Abigail was born in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1   Abigail's father was Onesiphorus Marsh and her mother was Hannah Marsh.  Her paternal grandfather was George Marsh and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Bowen; her maternal grandfather was John Cutler and her maternal grandmother is Mary Hewett. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Onesiphorus, Hannah, Mary and Sarah.  She died on March 3rd, 1761 in Methuen, Essex, Massachusetts.2
