Henry was born in April 1816 in Barking Essex and his christening took place on April 16th, 1816 at St Margaret's Barking.1   Henry's father was Henry Hart (Baker -  Grave 247) and his mother was Mary Wilson (Baker - grave 247). He had four brothers and four sisters, named William , Henry, Edward, Robert, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann and Ann.  He was the third youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 70 on August 8th, 1886 in Cleethorpes Lincolnshire.

Henry and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on March 16th, 1843.  They had five sons and two daughters, named Henry, Jacob, William, George, Edwin, Sarah and Mary.
