Jim STATON

Jim was born on May 18th, 1845 in Beighton, Derbyshire, England. Jim's father was Stephen STATON and his mother was Elizabeth TURNER. His paternal grandparents were Steven STATON and Sarah CHAPMAN. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Samuel, Horace, Albert, Olive, Fanny, Annie, Zeliah, Ann, Letty, Averilda and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the twelve children.
