George STATON

George was born in 1829 in Eckington, Derbyshire, England. George's father was Nathan STATON and his mother was Elizabeth HOULT. His paternal grandparents were Nathan STATON and Sarah HOTCHKISS. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Mark, Luke, Ralph, Dennis, Thomas, Amy and Ellen. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
