William Joseph MARSLAND

William was born in 1893 in Salford, Lancashire, England. William's father was William MARSLAND and his mother was Mary SMITH. His paternal grandparents were Edward MARSLAND and Ann BURGESS. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Albert, Arthur, Elizabeth, Beatrice, Margaret, Sarah and Minnie. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 23 in 1916 in Ypres, France.
