James MARSLAND

James was born in 1839 in Sale, Cheshire, England. James' father was Edward MARSLAND and his mother was Ann BURGESS. His paternal grandparents were James MARSLAND and Betty LEIGH. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Edward, John, Joseph, William, Mary, Sarah, Ann, Elizabeth, Emma and Louisa. He was the second oldest of the eleven children.
