George KNIGHTON

George was born on May 23rd, 1855 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. George's father was William KNIGHTON and his mother was Elizabeth Needham MARRIOTT. His paternal grandparents were George KNIGHTON and Catherine WRIGLEY. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Daniel, John, William, Sarah, Mary, Harriet, Jane and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 14 on May 13th, 1870.
