    Livingston, Charles C., Bishop of the Springdale Ward, Burley Stake, Idaho, from 1915 to 1919, was born Feb. 6, 1868, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of James C. Livingston and Agnes Widdison. He was baptized Sept. 28, 1877, and was ordained a High Priest and Bishop Oct. 24, 1915, by Geo. Albert Smith.
