    According to Robert LIVINGSTON b. 1914 Spokane, WA, his parents were Robert LIVINGSTON b. SLC, UT and his mother was Martha BUSCHKE b. IA.  I believe Robert W.  m. Martha E. BUSCHKE (b. IA) > 2 Jun 1880 and prob < 15 Jul 1913.  He removed to Spokane, WA est. 1913-1914, where he and Martha had a son, also named Robert.  I believe that the father, Robert W., d. < 14 Jan 1920, since the younger Robert appears in the h/hold of Robert CUNNINGHAM (also of Scottish descent!) in Spokane, WA in the 1920 census.
