James William Cooke 
James was born on December 18th, 1859. James' father was John Cooke and his mother was Elizabeth Bolton. His paternal grandparents were James McCook and Mary Ann McIlhouse; his maternal grandparents were William Bolton and Elizabeth Sloan. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert, Thomas and Mary. He was the second oldest of the four children.General Notes
