Margaret Anna was born in 1906. Margaret Anna's father was John [Crosscandley & Dromore] Boyd and her mother was Martha Ann Boyd.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel [Crosscandly] Boyd and Anne "Nancy" Anderson; her maternal grandparents were John [Ballyclough/Crosscandly/Collins] Boyd and Margaret Anderson. She had a brother and two sisters, named Andrew Gage Forgrave, Maud and Florence Elizabeth.  She was the second youngest of the four children.
