Jane (Jessie) Bennie Fyfe

Jane, known as Jessie, was born on July 14th, 1865 in Govan.¹²

Jessie's father was James Fyfe and her mother was Margaret (Maggie) Hamilton. Her maternal grandparents were Hugh Hamilton and Catherine Ferguson. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Samuel, Kate, Maggie and Helen. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 49 on November 18th, 1914.³
