Andrew Findlay

Andrew's father was William Finlay and his mother was Agnes Hanna. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Findlay and Margaret Semple. He had four brothers named John, William, Thomas and David. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 62 on August 9th, 1853 in Kilsyth. He was buried in Kilsyth.²²
