Jennet Bell

Jennet was born in January 1659 in Abercorn and her baptism took place there on January 7th, 1659.¹   Jennet's father was John Bell and her mother was Elspeth Ramsay.  Her paternal grandparents were John Bell and Margrat Glen. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named James, John, John, William, Thomas, Bartlay, Peter, Margaret, Elspeth, Helen and Margaret.  She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.
