Queshatowha (John)'s father was Mr head chief, a principal chief of the Turtle Tribe of the Delawares Ta-whe-la-la (Catch Me) Ketchum and his mother was last wife Ahkechelungunaqua.  His paternal grandparents were Ketchum and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lapahnihe (Big Bear), Betsy  (Elizabeth) LENNI LENAPE -Delaware and Aukeelenqua (Nancy). He had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Charles, James Kock-Kockquas, <Unknown>, sons became famous scouts and guides for western-bound wagon trains, <Unknown>, <Unknown> and poss 2nd d Nancy.
