Frederick Henry Penny

Frederick was born in 1880 in Stretford, Manchester.

Frederick's father was William Henry Penny and his mother was Sarah Eleanor Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Henry Penny and Sarah Powell; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Lewis and Mary. He had a brother and three sisters, named George, Eva, Lilian and Annie. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 38 on April 10th, 1918 in Belgium.¹
