Margaret Kempe 
Margaret was born in 1515 in Olantigh, Wye, Kent, England.1 Margaret's father was Sir William Kempe and her mother was Eleanor Browne. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Kempe and Emeline Chiche; her maternal grandparents were Sir Robert Browne and Mary Malet. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Anthony, Edward, Francis, Emeline, Cecilia, Faith and Mary. She was the oldest of the ten children.-
