Ruby Howell

Ruby's father was Fred Howell and her mother was Charlotte Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were Isaiah Whitfield Skaggs and Elizabeth F. Johnson. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Austin, Fred, Otis, Paul, Walter, Daisy, Mary Catherine and Nancy.
