Emma Taylor Givens 
Emma Taylor was born on May 23rd, 1863 in Madisonville, Hopkins Co., Ky.. Emma Taylor's father was James Karr Givens and her mother was Mary Elvira "Vidie Mae" Lacy. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Karr Givens and Jane Hopkins "Jennie" Givens. She had three brothers named James Robb, Slaughter Lacy and Nick Karr. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at 1 months old on July 2nd, 1863 in Madisonville, Hopkins Co., Ky..General Notes
