John's baptism took place on November 18th, 1725 in North Bradley.1  John's father was Robert Silverthorn and his mother was Sarah Rundel.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Rundel and Grace. He had a brother and six sisters, named Robert, Jane, Mary, Martha, Margaret, Anna and Mercy.  He died in 1727 in North Bradley.  He was buried on April 7th, 1727 in North Bradley.2
