Joseph's baptism took place on October 7th, 1744 in North Bradley.1  Joseph's father was John Read and his mother is <Unknown>. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph, Charles, John, Absalom, Mary, Frances, Frances, Sarah, Honor, Mary and Jane.  He died in 1744.  He was buried on January 25th, 1744 in North Bradley.2
