John's baptism took place on January 26th, 1766 in North Bradley.1  John's father was John Read and his mother is <Unknown>. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph, Joseph, Charles, Absalom, Mary, Frances, Frances, Sarah, Honor, Mary and Jane.  He died in 1766.  He was buried on January 30th, 1766 in North Bradley.2
