Ann's baptism took place on May 31st, 1789 in North Bradley.1  Ann's father was William Horton and her mother was Ann Merrett.  Her paternal grandparents were William Horton and Betty Gardner; her maternal grandparents were John Merrett and Mary Townsend. She had three brothers named Job, John and William.
