Ann was born about 1791 and her baptism took place on October 22nd, 1797 in North Bradley.1  Ann's father was Samuel Deacon and her mother was Mary Keats. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel, Joseph, John, Job, Jonah, Elizabeth, Mary, Jane, Sarah, Jemima, Kezia and Betty.
