Richard was born in 1836.1  Richard's father was Samuel Walker and his mother was Hannah Waterhouse.  His paternal grandparents were John Walker and Mary; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Waterhouse and Leah Turner. He had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Frederick, Alfred and Marian.  He was the oldest of the five children.






Richard's first family

Richard and Elizabeth were married.  They had an adopted daughter named Minerva.


Richard's second family

Richard and Hannah were married.  They had a daughter named Lillie.
