James Franklin Asbell

James Franklin was born in 1897. James Franklin's father was Elias A. Asbell and his mother was Lucretia Ella Caroline Truett. His paternal grandparents were Joseph William Asbell and Sarah Ann Garrett Hodges. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Elijah, Noah Jacob, Charles Lafayette, Joseph Nathan, Amanda, Sarah Jane and Mamie Jewell. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 72 in 1969.
