William Elijah Asbell

William Elijah was born in 1889. William Elijah's father was Elias A. Asbell and his mother was Lucretia Ella Caroline Truett. His paternal grandparents were Joseph William Asbell and Sarah Ann Garrett Hodges. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Noah Jacob, James Franklin, Charles Lafayette, Joseph Nathan, Amanda, Sarah Jane and Mamie Jewell. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 68 in 1957.
