Frederick's father was William FISHER and his mother was Maria POINTON. His maternal grandparents were Jeremiah POINTON and Frances BROWN. He had eight half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Herbert, Reginald, Arthur, Edgar, Roy, Leslie, Horace, Egerton, Amy, Elsie, Florence, Edith, May and Edith. He died at the age of 74 on November 14th, 1942 in Port Pirie, SA.²
