Charles Barkley

Charles was born in December 1883 in St Martins, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.¹ Charles' father is William Barkley and his mother is Mary Jones. His maternal grandparents were Isaac Jones and Elizabeth Powell. He has two brothers and four sisters, named James, William, Mary Jane, Elizabeth E, Sarah and Margaret Ann. He is the youngest of the seven children.
