Rev Theophilus Girdlestone 
Theophilus was born in 1759. Theophilus' father was Zurishaddai Girdlestone and his mother was Sarah Hewitt. His paternal grandparents were John Girdlestone and Sarah Ford. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Zurishaddai, John Lang, William, Samuel Rainbow, Sarah and Elizabeth Ann. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 in 1832 in Baconsthorpe, Norfolk, England (Or 1794 St Dunstan's, Westmorland, England).Death Notes
