Benjamin Venables 
Benjamin was born in 1892 in Quebec, Co Durham. Benjamin's father was Enoch Venables and his mother was Mary Jane Raine. His maternal grandparents were John Raine and Mary Ann Quilter. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, Alfred, Frederick, Mary and Margaret. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.-
