Richard Wells 
Richard was born on March 29th, 1829. Richard's father was Thomas Wells and his mother was Sarah Creswell. His paternal grandparents were William Wells and Sarah Flower; his maternal grandparents were David Creswell and Rebecca Hilditch. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named Thomas, William, John, James, Frederick, Rebecca, Sarah, Emma, Anne, Elizabeth, Eliza, Alice and Fanny. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 51 on April 24th, 1880.-
